The Interweb’s premier Conservative Web Comic, updating Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, or thereabouts…
We’ll be off schedule with strips this week what with Thanksgiving getting in the way of our normal Monday, Wednesday, Friday posts. Hopefully, I’ll have one more comic up before hitting the road early tomorrow, but if not, I wanted to wish whatever readers we may have a happy and safe Thanksgiving.
And with those uncharacteristically warm thoughts out of the way, McRingtail has some of his own holiday advice after the jump.
… for various reasons, including sloth, a boycott to show solidarity with striking Hollywood writers, and a crippling depression owing to global warming (but mostly sloth), McRingtail Comics will be off the rest of this week.

And yes, we’ve changed the blog’s name again — this time to McRingtail Comics. Sooner or later we’ll settle on something permanent, but in the meantime, I think we’ll just keep changing it every week or so.
Our goal is to one day have as many names for this strip as there are spellings for Mohammad (may the spellings of his name be many).
Truly, Duncan’s got a theme going with this rock violence thing.
About the blog’s name, we’ve changed it from “A Right Ringtail” to A Rightwing Ringtail. Not sure if this will be the strip’s final name, but at least this one has the benefit of being more clear about our Neanderthal politics.
Against my better judgment, comments are now open.
Duncan and Little Annie Allah think comments will boost traffic. And Simon was lisping about how they will foster right-left understanding throughout the internets. By contrast, my own cyncism of vox populi in the Internet age is nicely summed up with a few of our older strips here and here.
Some caveats: A Ring Ringtail reserves the right to delete any comments we deem worthless; ARR also may shut down comments completely at any time. Comments are unmoderated, so naturally opinions expressed in the comments do not reflect those of the ARR. On the other hand, the fact that certain comments aren’t deleted does not imply our endorsement.

Updated at 4:13pm, 9/21/07: Looks like older posts which originally weren’t comments-enabled have to be turned on individually. I really don’t feel like editing every post I’ve done since May, but have opened comments on the last few strips. As noted above, comments will be open on posts going forward.
The left has been very concerned about the “Israel lobby” of late. And who wouldn’t be? According to them, rich Jews are using their filthy Judengeld to control the media and force America into wars.
Thank goodness liberals have finally found an enemy within America’s borders they’re willing to take on.
